specifically
designate 300
upper level end
tickets per game
for Youth Hockey
Associations
from around the
area. Tickets
start at $26.

The Wild have announced a new way to enjoy a
Wild game for all teams in the Bantam,
Peewee or Squirt levels.
Package includes:
- 14 Lower Level tickets, compliments
of the Wild
- A chance for up to 12 skaters to
skate on to the ice as a part of a
special intermission event during a Wild
game
- A fundraising opportunity to receive
$10 back per ticket sold for your
association
- Additional Lower Level tickets are
available for $75 each ($10 is returned
to your association for fundraising)
- Your Youth Hockey Association must
purchase a minimum of 50 tickets

Annual Awards Banquet
Coordinator

Coordinate the annual awards banquet, including location
reservation, awards, and food. |

Association Representative
[volunteer] |
Attend monthly TC District meeting. Meetings are held
the second Monday of the month at either Highland Arena or Edison Arena,
7:00pm. This person will represent Edgcumbe in gathering and sharing
relevant information, as well as voting on various issues. |

Flooders
[volunteer] |
A number of people to shovel, scrape, and/or flood the
rinks down at the recreation center. This will take place at various
times - evenings, weekends, and late nights. No prior experience
required. |

|
Jersey Coordinator
[volunteer] |
Pass out jerseys to each team and have them returned back
to you in the spring. |
|
|
|
Registration
[volunteer] |
Assist in coordinating the registration of hockey players
for the upcoming season. |
|
|
|
|
Team Picture
Coordinator
[volunteer] |
Coordinate photographer & ice time. Communicate with all
teams - time and place. Distribute pictures to teams once received
back from photographer. |

|
|
|
Tournament Coordinator
[volunteer] |
Assemble all
the various staff people to ensure all functions are taken care of in a
timely manner. Develop a timeline for completion of all tasks. Enlist
other people to various tasks as needed. Hold progress meetings as is
appropriate. |

Concession Chief/Scheduler
[volunteer] |
Assemble a
staff of concession workers. Schedule workers for the concession
stand. Develop a plan for people bringing in food items (chili, pop,
bars, etc.). Purchase necessary items for the concession stand. Set up
concession stand daily (make coffee, etc.). Take care of money (keep
daily counts, pay for items, etc.). |

and beverage items (no calculus classes required). Replenish coffee and
food items as needed. Notify Concession Chief of supply shortages as

concession stand. |

of Edgcumbe hockey for a couple games in a day or the entire day or the
entire tournament. Announce starting line-ups, penalties, and goals. |

Meet and Greet Coordinator

Plan and
order give away items for each team member participating in the
tournament. Assemble information packet for each team. Greet team at
their first game to distribute packets and relevant information. |

Advertising Agent

Seek out
paying advertisers to be recognized in our official tournament program. |

Program Manager

Develop
official tournament program to be distributed to all participants and
fans at the tournament. |

Miscellaneous

Odd jobs -
ordering of trophies, ribbons, medals, or other awards. Put together
necessary signs. Commandeer and assemble public address system,
including CD player. |
